Training Centre for Personal Development is a Bulgarian training organisation established by psychologists and leadership trainers. It works in personal development, psychology-based training, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, teacher training and educational consultancy. The organisation also supports schools and educational teams through analysis, development planning and practical training activities.

In BrightMind, TCPD contributes to the development of training content, active learning approaches and dissemination. It leads the development of the BrightMind Training Course for Teachers and supports the design of practical methods linked to active recall, motivation, self-belief and classroom inclusion.

Role in the project:

Teacher training course, training methodology, active recall and inclusion content, dissemination and piloting support.
